I found this article interesting. I wish I were aware of the XML Schema compiler to C++ when that was released. Looks pretty cool! Also interesting are Dave Winer's thoughts on SOAP and behavior in creating XML-RPC. I have been interested in RSS recently, and Dave has had a lot of thoughts on that topic and created his own RSS when he didn't like how RSS 1.0 was unfolding (mainly, he doesn't care for the RDF metada nor the use of XML namespaces to identify entities as being RSS)
