I find the comment about 25 years of the IETF a little curious as the IETF's first meeting was held on January 16-17, 1986 in San Diego with 21 Attendees.

  Perhaps I should have said "25 years of RFC's". I didn't think it worth describing the NWG (IETF predecessor)
