 What Is Service-Oriented Architecture
Subject: Comparison with OO-techniques

The CD-comparison of the author just proves, that he has not understood the concepts of OO at all!!! In OO the CD and its player must not come together, the player can be coupled abstractly to the CD with an interface, which allows to bind ANY (implementing) CD-player to the CD - that is loose coupling! Additionally there exist many software developing techniques like n-tier, layering, ... and patterns widely spread in OO-projects, which allow separating data from their handling!
