Jonathan Marsh's comment is almost too painful to read. I parse it thus: "Thanks for your artice, if any of your points were already covered we might consider them, otherwise you should send your comments to the right address". This is the kind of brush off help lines give to known loonies. If Jonathan cared about Rich's comments he would have addressed them. I suppose we should just despair. John Schlesinger

  I didn't see it that way. As I read the note, Jonathan was both explaining how the system works (for newcomers), and saying that even though it's late, we're always looking for feedback.
